Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QueryQuarry. By using QueryQuarry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

QueryQuarry is a consent-based talent marketplace. Candidates upload a resume and join an opt-in talent graph; recruiters query that graph (including via AI over MCP), evaluate anonymous profiles, and request contact. Identities are exchanged only with the candidate's consent.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Recruiters must register with a valid company email and use QueryQuarry for legitimate hiring and sourcing.

Candidate responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and upload only a resume that is yours to share.
  • You consent to your structured, anonymized profile being made available to recruiters as described in the Privacy Policy. You control your visibility and can delete your data at any time.

Recruiter responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, bulk-export, store, or resell candidate data, or attempt to enumerate the talent graph.
  • Use the service to harass or spam candidates, or to contact candidates who have declined or blocked you.
  • Circumvent the contact flow to reach candidates off-platform in violation of their consent.
  • Use candidate data to make decisions that violate anti-discrimination or other applicable laws.
  • Share your account or API keys, or exceed the limits of your plan.

You agree to respect candidate declines and blocks, and to use contact codes only for legitimate outreach to the matched candidate.

Subscriptions and billing

Some recruiter features are metered or paid. Pricing and limits are shown on the site and may change, and some features may be offered free during early access. When paid plans are active, fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual property

Candidates retain ownership of their resume content. QueryQuarry owns the platform, software, and brand. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimers

QueryQuarry is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a candidate will be hired, that a recruiter will find a suitable candidate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryQuarry and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using QueryQuarry and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and may ask you to re-accept material changes.
