QueryQuarry for Recruiters

Source from a verified, consent-based talent graph using the AI you already use. No applications to sort, no scraped data, no per-hire fees — just candidates who chose to be found.

Why QueryQuarry

Sourcing is broken on both ends. Job boards bury you in AI-generated resumes that all read the same. LinkedIn Recruiter costs a fortune and surfaces the same overworked, over-messaged people. Roles stay open for weeks.

QueryQuarry flips it. Instead of posting and praying, you query a structured talent graph of people who explicitly opted in — directly from your AI assistant.

How it works

  1. Connect your AI. Add QueryQuarry to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible client. See the MCP reference for setup.
  2. Search in plain language. Ask your AI to find candidates the way you'd ask a colleague — "senior React engineer, remote, open to contract." You get anonymous match cards back: skills, seniority, location, availability, salary range, a snippet.
  3. Evaluate. Open a promising card for a deeper, still-anonymous profile — full skills and experience, no identity.
  4. Reach out. When you want to talk to someone, request contact. You introduce yourself; the candidate is notified and decides. If they're interested, they reach out to you and reference a one-time code so you know it's really them.

What you see — and what you don't

QueryQuarry is a double-blind escrow marketplace, so identity is the last thing exchanged, by mutual choice:

  • On search and evaluation: everything you need to assess fit — skills, seniority, employment type, years of experience, salary expectations, location, work authorization, availability — but no name and no contact.
  • After the candidate accepts: they connect with you directly. The platform never hands you someone's identity without their say-so.

This is a feature, not a limitation: it's why every candidate here is real, opted-in, and actually open to being contacted. You spend your time on warm, consenting matches instead of cold outreach.

Standing alerts & shortlists

  • Ask for new candidates since a date to run a daily standing alert — no duplicates.
  • Save candidates to a watchlist and revisit them later.

Plans

Connecting and searching is free to start. Reveals (deep evaluation) and contacts (reaching out) are metered per plan, with generous per-seat limits — see pricing. Check your current tier, limits, and usage anytime with the check_subscription tool.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find candidates on QueryQuarry?
You describe who you want in plain language to your AI, and it queries the talent graph and returns matching anonymous cards. This guide shows how to search, evaluate, and reach out without posting a job or sorting applications.
What does QueryQuarry cost for recruiters?
Connecting and searching is free to start, with paid plans metering higher-volume reveals and contacts. You only pay as your sourcing volume grows, so you can prove the value before committing.
Why are candidate profiles anonymous?
Profiles stay anonymous so candidates feel safe opting in, which is what keeps the corpus full of real, interested people. You still see everything needed to assess fit — skills, seniority, experience, salary — just not identity until they accept.
How do I actually reach a candidate?
You request contact and introduce yourself, and the candidate is notified; if interested, they reach out and quote a confirming code. That consent step means your outreach lands with people who actually want to hear from you.
